Conference keynote speaker Dr. William Poole, former Federal Reserve
Bank President, will address the current volatility and uncertainty
of the economy. Dr. Poole's address, titled "Fundamentals
of the Financial Crisis: Mismanaging Risk" will
provide a timely backdrop for the remainder of the conference agenda,
which is focused on "Risk Finance at the Crossroads".
