Wilmington Trust Announces Netherlands Expansion

We are pleased to announce the recent expansion of our Corporate Client Services (CCS) business in Europe through the formation of Wilmington Trust SP Services (Amsterdam) BV.

We have been growing our business in Europe for several years and currently have offices in London, Dublin, Frankfurt, and Luxembourg, in addition to our U.S. and Caribbean locations. As one of Europe's premier legal and tax jurisdictions, The Netherlands offers excellent opportunities for collateralized debt obligation (CDO) transactions, asset-backed securitizations, and holding companies. Our new location in this advantageous jurisdiction will provide specialized trustee and corporate administrative services to support these and other entities.
