(IRMI).  We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on the part-time role of CICR editor. This is a unique opportunity to work with our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this celebrated publication.

If you are passionate about captive insurance, have an eye for detail, and love writing and collaborating with your peers on the captive industry's latest trends and developments, this is your opportunity to shine.  As CICR editor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the captive insurance industry's narrative.

Key Responsibilities 

• Editorial Mastery: You'll prepare and maintain a comprehensive editorial plan, outlining the main topics for coverage in each monthly issue. You'll decide who will craft these articles and manage their progress. 
• Deadline Champion:  You'll set deadlines for our contributing authors and ensure that our editorial schedule is met consistently. 
• Author Collaboration:  You'll work side-by-side with contributing authors to ensure the publication's safety and integrity. 
• Quality Assurance:  You'll cooperate closely with the IRMI team in the editing, peer review, and production processes to maintain the high-quality standards of CICR. 
• Layout Expertise:  You'll review draft layouts and provide valuable insights for changes and improvements. 
• Content Management:  You'll actively participate in IRMI's content management strategy, which includes submitting metadata for each monthly issue of CICR. 
• Flexibility and Innovation:  Expanding beyond your primary part-time duties, you'll have the chance to work on exciting editorial projects and other editorial services as mutually agreed upon with our team.
