Ms. Gillespie joined the employee benefits corporate team as a cost containment analyst in October 2020. After experiencing the culture at Hylant, she couldn’t wait for the opportunity to join the team full time. In May 2021, she transitioned to a global travel insurance specialist. Ms. Gillespie works closely with employee benefits, property and casualty, and small business teams across the Hylant footprint to help companies satisfy their duty of care obligations for domestic and international employees, whether that is short-term business travelers, expatriates, or local nationals.
Ms. Gillespie coordinates global benefits inside and outside the United States while working closely with both Hylant Global Alliance and Worldwide Broker Network partners in over 130 countries. She helps clients feel confident about protecting the well-being of their domestic and international workforces.
