Claire Richardson

Ms. Richardson interned with the Hylant Global Captive Solutions team before joining full time in June 2021 as a captive consultant. She works on educating stakeholders, completing feasibility studies and strategic review analyses, executing domicile analyses, and client-specific data analysis to provide the best service and value to clients of any size and industry looking to alternative risk transfer solutions. Ms. Richardson's expertise continues to grow through her involvement in the captive industry as she is a part of the conference planning committees for the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association (NCCIA) and the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA). Ms. Richardson also serves as on the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) NEXTGen Board and additionally as cochair on subcommittees NEXTGen and AmplifyWomen initiatives, empowering young and diverse talent. She sits on CISR Board of Governors for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
