Mr. Bridgeman is managing director at Strategic Risk Solutions (Europe) Limited and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for developing and managing the firm's consulting business in Europe.
Mr. Bridgeman joined the firm in May 2020 after working as international practice leader for Marsh Captive Solutions' Captive Advisory Department in London. In addition to risk finance advisory, he spent over 10 years in Marsh's captive management practice where he served a range of multinational captive owners and special purpose reinsurance entities. He also led Marsh's European Union Solvency II and base erosion and profit shifting initiatives, the latter in partnership with the Federation of European Risk Management Associations. Prior to his experience in the captive insurance industry, Mr. Bridgeman was a senior audit manager with WHK Greenwoods based in Sydney, Australia.
