Ms. Gutting focuses her practice on tax controversy and procedural matters. She is also a tenured associate professor at the Charleston School of Law teaching various tax courses and professional responsibility. Ms. Gutting is a speaker at various tax continued legal education events and author of various tax articles, including her most recent publication, “Bloomberg Tax Portfolio, Principles of Income Tax Deductions: Information on Tax Reform Updates, No. 503.”
