Lynn Sheils, JD, CPCU, ARe

Ms. Sheils was previously senior vice president and general counsel of EWI Re, Inc., a Dallas-based reinsurance intermediary, where she oversaw legal matters and was responsible for the drafting and administration of reinsurance treaties and insurance policies and oversees complex claims. Prior to joining EWI, Ms. Sheils was a trial attorney in private practice. She has a juris doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Texas Tech University. Ms. Sheils also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations.
