Ms. Williams is director of group captives at Hylant. As an accomplished veteran of the captive insurance industry, she is responsible for overseeing the growth and success of Hylant's existing group captive programs and the strategic development of new group captive opportunities.
She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has extensive alternative risk financing knowledge that she shares through the partnerships forged in this arena. Prior to joining Hylant, Ms. Williams was a vice president at Captive Resources, LLC, and she formerly served in various support and direct sales roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group.
Ms. Williams is highly esteemed in the captive and brokerage communities for her knowledge of the captive industry. She is also valued for her captive consulting expertise, ability to establish board governance, and track record of meaningful improvements to key performance indicators in the group captive space.

Ross School of Business, Yale University, Kellogg Executive Education, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, University of Illinois, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Butler University.
