Mr. Mosler is director and consulting actuary with Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc., which he joined in 2014. He has worked in the property-casualty insurance industry since 1996 and has been providing actuarial consulting services since 2001. His comprehensive career has focused on medical professional liability, workers compensation, general liability, and commercial automobile.
He works closely with insurance companies, captives, health systems, self-insurance funds, and government risk pools.
Mr. Mosler previously served as director and consulting actuary and a member of Pinnacle's executive team. He currently leads Pinnacle's research function, which keeps the firm ahead of major trends, directions, and innovations in the insurance industry and actuarial profession.
He has been active in the actuarial profession. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA), serving on numerous CAS and AAA committees, including the CAS Exam and E-Forum committees, the CAS Committee on Health Care Issues since 2013, and the CAS Member Advisory Panel since 2007. Mr. Mosler has presented at numerous industry forums and panels and shared his thought leadership in various publications. He is based in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia, office.
