His creativity allows him to see the needs of clients as an opportunity to adjust or build Hylant's product and service offerings, so its value is driven by the needs of the market.
Mr. Irle's expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, structured finance and insurance, alternative risk financing, private equity, and real estate. He has development and operational experience with special-purpose entity, special-purpose vehicle, and captive insurers for risk transfer. Mr. Irle is passionate about enhancing the value of a firm through risk optimization and insurance being used as another form of capital in the capital structure of the firm.
Mr. Irle is a featured speaker at many national business conferences, including those hosted by Expert Webcast, Information Management Network, Association for Corporate Growth, and Financial Executives International, on timely topics of interest to various businesses, especially as legislation changes occur.
Mr. Irle earned his bachelor of arts degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University and earned his master's degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
