Alternative Risk Experts Adamo and Baumann Join SRS Altitude

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) recently announced the addition of senior alternative risk transfer (ART) experts Marco Adamo and Roy Baumann to the SRS Altitude team.

In their roles, Mr. Adamo will spearhead Altitude's property portfolio, while Mr. Baumann will oversee casualty and financial and professional lines (FINPRO). Both will drive ART business development, structuring, and execution of all types of nonstandard solutions for corporate entities, captive insurers, and risk takers vehicles.

Mr. Adamo, formerly of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, brings to Altitude more than 11 years of execution of ART structures as well as European markets experience. He has held various technical and leadership positions across direct and facultative underwriting and alternative risk transfer.

Over the last 25 years, Mr. Baumann has held various technical and leadership positions with Converium, Aon Global Risk Consulting, and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, covering topics such as finance, investments, risk analytics, complex structured solutions, and consulting.
