Caitlin Morgan Hires Dustin Partlow To Head Captive Business

Alternative risk solutions and captive insurance solutions wholesale insurance brokerage and managing general agency Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services has hired Dustin Partlow to head its captive management business.

Caitlin Morgan simultaneously announced that it has opened a Vermont Office.

Mr. Partlow is responsible for the formation and management of captive and risk retention group (RRG) programs in Vermont, Tennessee, and other domiciles. He will also place series cells within Caitlin Morgan's Series LLC facility in Tennessee, Constitution Insurance Company.

Mr. Partlow joins Caitlin Morgan's existing captive team with 10-plus years working with RRGs and captive insurance companies. Most recently, he served as the director of captive management operations at Hylant Administrative Services, and prior to this as a director at JLT Towner Insurance Management.
