Daniel Linton, Roberto Perez Join Pinnacle Actuarial Resources

Daniel Linton and Roberto Perez have joined independent property-casualty consulting firm Pinnacle Actuarial Resources as senior consulting actuary and consulting actuary, respectively.

Mr. Linton joins Pinnacle from another actuarial consulting firm, where he was a partner and consulting actuary. His actuarial services included reserving and forecasting in alternative risk markets with a focus on large-deductible, self-insured entities including Fortune 500 corporations, captive insurance companies, and municipal risk pools.

He has over 16 years of actuarial experience and has served as the appointed actuary for multiple single-parent and group captive insurance companies. Mr. Linton has extensive experience working with auditors, brokers, and captive managers and routinely presents to boards of directors and executive committees.

Mr. Perez has been in the property-casualty insurance industry since 2016. He joins Pinnacle from a large insurance company. His experience includes pricing for commercial automobile and commercial multiple peril, and loss and premium reserving for lines including general liability, commercial automobile, and workers compensation.

Mr. Linton and Mr. Perez are Fellows of the Casualty Actuarial Society and members of the American Academy of Actuaries. Both volunteer on the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) Syllabus and Examination Committee, and Mr. Perez serves on the CAS Latin America Regional Committee.

Mr. Linton is located in Nashville and Mr. Perez in Manchester, Connecticut.
