Edward Renner Joins Concert Group Holdings' Management Team

Concert Group Holdings, Inc. has appointed Edward Renner to the newly created position of vice president, senior corporate counsel.
Reporting to Chief Legal Officer Matthew Wagner, as a member of Concert's management team, Mr. Renner's initial focus will be contract review and management, the management and development of internal policies and procedures, and human resources oversight. He will be based in Chicago.

Mr. Renner joins Concert Group from the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), where he was assistant vice president, corporate counsel. During his 4 years at the APCIA, he was responsible for high-volume contract management, legal enterprise risk management, and enforcement compliance with APCIA's insurance-related contract obligations. He also supported the organization's human resources function and was a regular presenter at its annual Human Resources Conference.
Mr. Renner holds a juris doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in computer science.
