Elyssa Nagle Named to Captive International’s FORTY Under 40

Elyssa Nagle, principal at Johnson Lambert, has been named to Captive International's 2025 FORTY Under 40 list, which recognizes rising leaders in the captive insurance sector.

Ms. Nagle joined Johnson Lambert in 2013 as an associate and has since become a key figure in the firm's captive audit practice. In addition to her technical expertise, she is known for her commitment to mentoring and training emerging professionals in the field.

She serves as an instructor for the International Center for Captive Insurance Education, where she contributes to the Associate in Captive Insurance designation program. Ms. Nagle also plays an active role in the Vermont Captive Insurance Emerging Leaders initiative and is a frequent speaker at major industry events, including the Vermont Captive Insurance Association Annual Conference and the Association of Governmental Risk Pools Governance Conference.
