Hylant Promotes Courtney Doherty to Director of Global Captive Management

Hylant has promoted Courtney Doherty to director of global captive management, effective March 2025. Ms. Doherty initially joined Hylant in December 2024 as a captive account executive and now steps into a leadership role within the company's global captive management team. 

Ms. Doherty brings over 12 years of experience in captive insurance, having spent nearly 13 years at Marsh McLennan in various roles supporting captives. Most recently, she served as vice president and senior account manager from 2021 to 2024, managing financial and regulatory oversight for a portfolio of captive insurance companies, including accounting, compliance, and insurance administration. 

In her new position, Ms. Doherty will support Hylant's global captive management operations, assisting clients in developing and managing their captive insurance programs. She brings extensive experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and insurance administration.
