Julie Frink Joins MSL Captive Solutions as AVP Underwriting Lead

Medical stop-loss captive specialist MSL Captive Solutions has appointed Julie Frink assistant vice president underwriting lead.
Ms. Frink joins MSL, which focuses on the development, structure, and underwriting of medical stop-loss captives, from Liberty Mutual, where she was assistant vice president of medical stop-loss programs. She was previously a lead underwriter in the Captive Division of Berkley Accident and Health and also spent 12 years as a stop-loss underwriter at Star Line Group.
In coming to MSL, Ms. Frink joins an experienced team to provide additional expertise with risk evaluation, underwriting, and consultative collaboration with program managers and brokers for new and existing captive insurance programs. Ms. Frink will help create strategies for custom solutions based on clients' needs.

Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc., formed MSL Captive Solutions, Inc., in 2020 as a specialist underwriting and consulting firm focused on the use of captive insurance in medical stop-loss programs.
