Julie Patel Appointed Americas Captive Consulting Leader at Marsh Captive Solutions

Julie Patel has been named the Americas captive consulting leader at Marsh Captive Solutions, taking over the role from Michael Serricchio. In this capacity, Ms. Patel will oversee captive consulting operations across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. 

Ms. Patel brings significant experience in captive insurance to her new position. She was recognized as a 2024 captives power broker by Risk & Insurance for her outstanding contributions to the field. According to Risk & Insurance, Ms. Patel played a key role in a captive feasibility study for Knife River Corporation during its spin-off, leading efforts to establish a new captive in Utah. The publication also highlighted her work with Toyota Financial Services, where she conducted a feasibility study to support the expansion of its captive utilization. 

Mr. Serricchio, the outgoing Americas captive consulting leader, acknowledged Patel's promotion in a LinkedIn post, stating, "I am proud to turn over this role to Julie. We are excited to see Julie take the lead in the United States, Canada, and Latin America to drive the best strategy of Marsh Captive Solutions."
