In her new role, Ms. Stack will oversee Marsh's portfolio of major European clients, supporting them in managing their risk and insurance programs.

Ms. Stack brings over 30 years of experience in broking and underwriting to her new position. Ms. Stack succeeds Ms. Klint, who assumed the role of chief commercial officer, Marsh McLennan Europe, in 2023.

Simultaneously, Marsh announced the appointment of Rob Geraghty as the new international consulting and sales leader, Marsh Captive Solutions, and the promotion of Nick Gale to Dublin and Isle of Man captives operations leader, both effective immediately. Both report to Will Thomas-Ferrand, international captive practice leader.

In his role, Mr. Geraghty, based in London, will lead a team of sales and consulting professionals overseeing new business initiatives and captive consulting across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

As the Dublin and Isle of Man captives operations Leader, Mr. Gale will enhance collaboration between the two offices, focusing on developing complementary solutions and services that benefit Marsh Captive Solutions' clients.

Commenting on Ms. Stack's appointment, Mr. Adamantiadis said, "Lorraine is widely recognized and respected among her peers as one of the industry's foremost thinkers on risk and resilience, and how insurance can be used to create a competitive advantage."

Mr. Thomas-Ferrand added, "The growing popularity of captive insurance solutions globally is continuing apace amid challenging insurance market conditions, which is contributing to innovation in captive structures, servicing, regulation, and greater adoption in numerous countries. Rob and Nick's rich knowledge of the international captive insurance sector will be invaluable as Marsh Captive Solutions continues to develop new solutions that support our clients in managing their rapidly evolving risks."
