The Montana Captive Insurance Association (MCIA) is preparing for its 2025 annual conference, scheduled for June 17–18.

The host hotel for the 2025 conference will once again be the Lodge at Whitefish Lake in Whitefish, Montana. Because the block of rooms set aside for the conference will be released on May 16, the MCIA is encouraging attendees to register for the conference and make lodging arrangements before that date.

According to the MCIA, the conference program is designed to showcase insights from captive insurance industry experts, including regulatory authorities, business owners, and service providers specializing in captive insurance.

Among the session topics at this year's MCIA conference are opportunities in the evolving captive insurance landscape, the captive insurance regulatory environment, and the outlook for the Montana domicile.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the 2025 MCIA conference. Companies interested in sponsorships should contact Shane Byars at (866) 388–6242, or by email.
