North Carolina Department Names Joe Rosenberger Chief Captive Analyst

The North Carolina Department of Insurance has named veteran captive regulator Joe Rosenberger chief captive analyst for the department's captive insurance division.
"Joe is an outstanding ambassador for North Carolina's captive insurance program. His ability to genuinely connect with insurance professionals and to understand complex captive insurance concepts makes him a valued team member," North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey said in a statement.
"His positive outlook and willingness to listen and offer solutions make him a great professional to work with," added Lori Gorman, deputy commissioner in the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
"I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to help guide the successful captive insurance program that North Carolina has built throughout the last 10 years," Mr. Rosenberger said in the statement.
Mr. Rosenberger has been with the North Carolina Department of Insurance for more than 5 years, most recently as a senior financial analyst in the captive insurance division.
North Carolina is a major captive domicile with well over 300 captives.
