Pinnacle Actuarial Resources Hosts 2025 Pinnacle University

Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc., will host Pinnacle University 2025, a professional development program for actuarial students, on March 25 and 26. The invite-only event will be held virtually and at Pinnacle's Bloomington, Illinois, headquarters in collaboration with national educational institutions.

Now in its 12th year, Pinnacle University provides actuarial students with real-world experience in project management, teamwork, and business presentations. Participants research key industry topics alongside Pinnacle actuaries and present their findings to a panel of credentialed actuaries from universities and companies.

"For the past 12 years, Pinnacle has invested in emerging talent in the actuarial industry by hosting Pinnacle University," Roosevelt Mosley, managing principal, said. "The program displays the firm's commitment to actuarial science and the next generation of actuaries."

This year's topics include inflation, artificial intelligence, tariffs, and alternative markets.

"Pinnacle University was established to give students insight into how professional firms and the insurance industry work," Erich Brandt, senior consulting actuary, said. "Our great students obtain important experience by participating in the program, and many go on to have successful careers in the profession."
