Rebecca James Named Partner at Johnson Lambert LLP

Johnson Lambert LLP has announced that Rebecca James has been named a partner, effective January 1.

Based out of Johnson Lambert's Vermont office, Ms. James will serve a nationwide portfolio of clients.

Ms. James joined Johnson Lambert in 2006 after graduating from St. Michael's College. She has extensive experience in auditing and financial statement preparation of property-casualty insurers, reinsurers, and governmental risk pools as well as significant experience with internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing engagements. Ms. James plays an active role in Johnson Lambert's culture, recruiting, internship and mentoring programs, and firm activities.

Ms. James is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Vermont Society of CPAs, and the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. She holds a governor-appointed seat on the Vermont Board of Public Accountancy and is a member of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association's membership committee and treasurer of the Texas Captive Insurance Association board of directors.
