SRS Cayman Snatches WTW Captive Veteran Stephen Gray

In early 2020, Stephen Gray will join Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) as managing director to further develop the firm's Cayman captive business. Mr. Gray joins SRS from Willis Towers Watson Management in Cayman, where he was managing director and executive vice president.

"I am excited about the opportunity of joining SRS. It was a difficult decision to leave Willis Towers Watson after 28 years at the firm, but I felt the time was right for a new challenge," said Mr. Gray, who has extensive experience serving captives in the healthcare industry with 22 years in the Cayman captive market.

"We have seen consistent growth in our Cayman business over the past 15 years, which has allowed us to become one of the top managers in the domicile," said Brady Young, CEO and president of SRS. "We believe there are additional opportunities in the Cayman market and that Stephen can help us enhance SRS as the leading captive manager in Cayman," added Mr. Young. 

SRS is currently the fifth-largest captive management company worldwide and the largest independent manager.
