SRS Europe Continues To Expand with Robus Acquisition

In its latest European expansion maneuver, Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has entered an agreement with The Ardonagh Group to acquire Robus Group.

Operating from Guernsey and Gibraltar, Robus provides professional management services to captive insurers, open market insurers and reinsurers, insurance intermediaries, managing general agents, insurance-linked securities fund managers, and other corporate entities around the world.

"Robus coming over to SRS makes great sense because we share so much in our philosophies that pertain to our clients and the industry as a whole," said Peter Child, CEO of SRS Europe.

SRS Europe's continued growth and expansion into new domiciles is reflective of the captive insurance management and alternative risk sector's steady movement further into the mainstream.
