Aon Names David Hogg as EMEA Head for Captive Insurance Management

Aon has named David Hogg as its new regional managing director, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), for captive and insurance management. With a 32-year background in the captive sector, Mr. Hogg has been a part of Aon's team since 2008, initially joining as vice president of client services.

Throughout his tenure at Aon, Hogg has spearheaded captive service initiatives across various regions, including Bermuda, the Isle of Man, and broader EMEA.

Prior to his time at Aon, Mr. Hogg held roles at Marsh Management Services (Guernsey) Limited for 4 years. His responsibilities included operational captive management for Marsh in both Guernsey and Malta. Additionally, he has served as a senior consultant at Marsh Risk Consulting and an underwriting assistant at Sedwick Insurance Managers (Isle of Man) Limited.

Before his current role, Mr. Hogg was the strategy and delivery leader for Aon's White Rock operations.
