MSL Captive Solutions Appoints Andrew Wagganer Senior Underwriter

MSL Captive Solutions, Inc., an independent underwriting firm specializing in the structure and underwriting of medical stop-loss captives, has appointed Andrew Wagganer as senior underwriter.

Mr. Wagganer will provide additional resources for underwriting services with program managers and brokers for new and existing medical stop-loss captive programs. He will report to Chief Underwriting Officer Peter Parent.
