New ICCIE Courses Beginning in September, October, and December

The International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) is offering nine new courses beginning in September, October, and December 2024.
The ICCIE core course "Understanding Risk and Risk Retention Mechanisms" begins on September 3. The course includes five weekly Web conferences. Interested students should register by August 27.
The ICCIE core course "Forming and Operating a Captive" begins September 4, but registration has reached capacity. It will be offered again in spring 2025.
The ICCIE elective course "Accounting for Captives: Interpretation and Management Perspectives" begins September 5. The course includes three weekly Web conferences and one office hour (date TBD). Interested students should register by August 29.
The ICCIE core course "An Introduction to Alternative Risk Financing Mechanisms" begins September 26 and includes four weekly Web conferences. Interested students should register by September 19.
The ICCIE core course "Investment Basics for Captives" begins October 7. The course includes four weekly Web conferences. Interested students should register by September 30.
The ICCIE elective course "Regulation of Captives" begins October 8. The course includes four weekly Web conferences and an office hour on November 5. Interested students should register by October 1.
The ICCIE core course "Business Ethics in the Captive Insurance Industry" begins October 23. The course includes three weekly Web conferences. Interested students should register by October 11.
The ICCIE core course "Predicting Risk and an Introduction to Actuarial Science" begins December 3. The course includes three weekly Web conferences. Interested students should register by November 26.
The ICCIE core course "Reinsurance and Other Risk Transfer Mechanisms" begins December 4. The course includes three weekly Web conferences. Interested students should register by November 27.
The ICCIE elective course "Captive Board Governance" begins December 5. The course includes three weekly Web conferences and an office hour on December 19. Interested students should register by November 27.
